You place your order

You pick your size and check out. Everything on the site is in stock, so nothing has to be ordered in after the fact and you are not left waiting on a supplier to come through.

You get an order confirmation by email straight away.

Step 2

Picked from our own stock

Your pair is pulled from the rack and matched against your order line by line: model, colourway, size, and the box it belongs in.

Step 3

Authenticity check

This is the step that matters. Every pair is inspected before it goes in the box. We look at the materials and the stitching, the glue lines, the box and its label, the size tag, and the insole print.

If a pair does not pass, it does not get sold. No second opinion, no grey area.

Step 4

Packed and shipped

Approved pairs are packed and handed to the carrier. Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days and you receive a tracking code by email so you can follow the parcel the whole way.

Step 5

Enjoy

Time to enjoy your pair. And if something is not right, you have 14 days to send the order back.
